About KC

I didn't build this to sell. I built it to trade. Now I'm letting you use it.

The panel wasn't designed for a landing page. It was designed for the left side of my second monitor, running while I traded the NQ.

Every box on it earned its place the hard way — added when I found I needed a read I didn't have, cut when it turned out to be noise. There were stretches where it showed too much and I trimmed it, and stretches where it showed too little and I built something new. That back-and-forth went on for months, and the pressure tuning it wasn't a focus group or a roadmap. It was my own P&L. A box that didn't help me make a better decision didn't survive.

That's the difference I'd want to know about if I were you: this isn't a product someone built to sell to traders. It's a tool a trader built to trade, opened up. Everything on the panel is there because it helped me read the NQ — not because it demoed well.

A box that didn't help me make a better decision didn't survive. The tuning pressure was my own account, not a focus group.

Where it came from

I've been trading algorithmically since 2014 — started in options, moved to futures. Somewhere along the way the markets themselves became the hobby: how algorithms move price, how a single piece of information ripples through an instrument, why the same headline lands differently on different products. That's not work for me. It's the thing I'd be doing anyway.

The years since have been a long stack of building — algorithms, trading bots, systems for hedge funds. So the panel didn't appear six months ago; the ideas behind it accumulated over more than a decade. What happened six months ago is that I finally saw how all the pieces fit together — and, with AI, I could finally run that analysis in real time.

That last part mattered more than it sounds. Years ago, sitting in front of a Bloomberg terminal, the problem was never too little information — it was too much. Oceans of data, and no way to digest it fast enough to actually make a decision. So the whole design became subtraction: strip away everything that isn't relevant, aim what's left at a single instrument, and surface only the pieces that change the read. Not the broad market — this one. That focus is the edge I never had when I was drowning in the full firehose.

Why it's only about the NQ

Most "market analysis" is generic — levels that vaguely apply to the whole index complex. This is the opposite. The same macro input can push the NQ opposite to how it moves the broader market, because of what the NQ actually is: rate-sensitive, tech-heavy, driven by a specific handful of names.

So the panel reads everything through that lens. Bond yields, framed by how they transmit to this instrument. Breadth, measured by the five drivers that move it — not the seven everyone quotes, because two of them don't shift the NQ's bias and counting them would only add noise. It's a narrower focus on purpose. Narrow is where the edge is.

What I'm actually offering

A read, and the reasoning behind it. Not a trade to copy. The panel tells you how the factors line up and why the bias is what it is; what you do with that is yours. I trade on alignment — when the reads agree, I pay attention; when they conflict, I wait — and the panel is built to show you that same picture at a glance.

I keep it honest for a simple reason: I still use it. Every session, the same panel, for my own trading. That's not a marketing claim I have to maintain — it's just how it works. The day it stops being useful to me is the day it stops being worth showing you.

Plainly
What it is
  • A real trader's working instrument panel, opened up
  • Market research and context, translated into NQ points
  • The reasoning behind each read, shown openly
  • Refined over months of live use against real P&L
What it isn't
  • A signal service — no "take this trade," ever
  • Personalized advice for your account
  • A track record of wins to sell you on
  • Generic analysis dressed up for the NQ
How to trust it
Marker 01

It shows its work

The reasoning is on the panel and in the playbook. You don't have to take the read on faith — you can see how it's derived.

Marker 02

It's the real thing

Not a stripped-down demo. It's the same panel behind the login that I trade off of, published for you to watch.

Marker 03

It stays honest

Info, not signals; NQ-specific, not generic. The disciplines that keep it clean are the same ones that make it useful.

Watch the panel I trade off of.

Live and free while it's being built out. See the same read I use, updating a beat before each 15-minute close.
