Who we are

TradingWithKC ("we," "the site") publishes a daily NQ research panel and related educational content at tradingwithkc.com. This policy covers how the site handles information.

What we collect

Analytics (site and panel). Across the site's pages — home, method, about, how-to-use, FAQ, this page — and on the live panel, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand traffic and usage: pages and panel views, approximate location (country/region, derived from IP; we don't store your precise location), device and browser type, referring source, and general usage patterns. This helps us see what's useful and where visitors come from. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this.

Waitlist (only if you submit it). If you use the "what should I build next" form, we collect the email address and instrument preferences you enter. We use these to gauge demand for future panels and to let you know when something you asked about goes live. You're never required to submit this to view the site or the panel.

Server logs. Like any website, our hosting/CDN (Amazon CloudFront) records standard request data — timestamps, requested files, IP address, user-agent — used for security, performance, and aggregate traffic understanding.

Analytics across the site and panel

We use Google Analytics (GA4) on both the marketing pages and the live panel to understand usage — pages and panel views, approximate location (country/region, derived from IP; we don't store precise location), device and browser type, and general engagement patterns. On the panel, this helps us see how it's used so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this. The panel is tracked as its own distinct view, separate from the marketing pages.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your personal information.
• We don't run advertising or ad-tracking networks.
• We don't build advertising profiles or share your data with advertisers.
• We don't ask for or store payment details on this site (any future subscription billing is handled by a dedicated payment processor with its own security and privacy terms).

Cookies

The marketing pages use cookies for analytics (Google Analytics) to distinguish visits and understand usage. You can control or block cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics specifically using Google's opt-out browser add-on. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use the site or the panel.

Third parties

• Google Analytics — site analytics. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Amazon Web Services / CloudFront — hosting and content delivery.
• Google Fonts — the site's typefaces are loaded from Google's font service.

Your choices

You can browse the site and use the panel without submitting any personal information. If you joined the waitlist and want your email removed, or you have any privacy question, reach out through the site and we'll take care of it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and revise the date below. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
