Firefox desktop doesn't install web apps — pin the tab or bookmark it instead. And any browser works fine as a plain window: bookmark /panel.html, size it narrow, and dock it beside your platform. It always updates live — nothing to reinstall.
Different reads have different shelf lives — the options walls hold all session, the trend read turns over every few minutes. So each box shows its own freshness, and one status up top reflects the whole panel.
